Partners with Patricia Samuelson. We are veterans of the world of real estate. For years we renovated investment properties and are current owners of a 14-unit apartment building in Covina CA. Our passion for real estate eventually led us to become real estate agents which is where we have excelled. We are both experienced and skilled negotiators who are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to each of our clients whether they are buying or selling a home.
 
As Listing Agents, we understand our clients' need to price their homes properly and market them aggressively for a quick and drama-free transaction. As Buyer's agents, we prepare our clients to be ready to move quickly in the buying process.

Working with our lenders our buyers are well informed on the current market conditions. We help them with every step of the buying transaction.

Communication with our clients is essential. We understand how important it is to be available and reliable during every transaction.
